Evaluation of genetic sequencing data from cancer patients

Development of an automated analysis pipeline for the UKE Hamburg Eppendorf. It analyzes genetic data of cancer patients to determine whether a treatment was successful. The application was deployed on Microsoft Azure and is highly scalable to handle large amounts of data in a short time.
